CANCELLATIONS 

Our fulfilment process begins immediately after an order is received, so we are unable to  accommodate cancellation requests. All confirmed orders will be subject to our standard return  policy. 

If an item becomes unavailable, Malaika LXXXII Pty reserves the right to cancel your order or items  within your order at any time. We will provide a full refund, back to your original form of payment.  You will be notified via email of any orders or items we cannot fulfil and have refunded. 

RETURNS 

If you believe you have received a damaged or defective item, or there has been a fulfilment error,  please reach out on our contact form and our Customer Care team will be happy to assist. 

To be eligible for a return, your order must be unused and in original packaging. No returns or  refunds will be processed if your order have visibly been used. 

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds if you simply did not like the product.  

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned  item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your  return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). 

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
